Riva Hire Fees

The Hire fee’s below includes exclusive hire for 6 hours with bar staff and SIA badge door security.

Each room has its own private entrance , bar and washrooms.

Function Suite

Must be a minimum of 50 guests attending / maximum capacity of circa 70 guests

£400 Fridays and Saturdays with a min £500 bar spend guaranteed by the hirer . Has speakers and amp on site but DJ needs to bring own equipment .

£200 deposit (non refundable) is required to secure the date and confirm the booking , balance due 4 weeks before the event.


Riva Lounge

Must be a minimum of 120 guests attending / maximum capacity of circa 200 guests

£650 Fridays and £800 Saturdays , with a minimum bar spend of £1000 guaranteed by the hirer

Fully equipped DJ booth for sound and lighting

£200 deposit (non refundable) is required to secure the date and confirm the booking , balance due 4 weeks before the event.


Additional Terms & Conditions

All drinks must be purchased from our bar, we do not permit any guests to bring their own drinks in , soft or alcoholic. No exceptions

Smart dress only, no caps, hoodies or trainers.

In general we operate an over 25 rule , we do not accept parties where the majority of guests are aged 18-24 years oldsUnder 18s / younger children are permitted for private parties as long as they are supervised

We do allow guests to bring their own catering (buffet style) but there would be no access to our kitchens, food would need to be brought in fully prepared / heated etc.  We no longer offer catering options , apart from during December for Christmas Office parties.

We can arrange a DJ for an additional fee or you can provide your own.
